Insert product error

After uploading picture and filling out necessary boxes for my product im getting this error when i got too insert the product. ive noticed that i have a product upc box and a product isbn box in admin/catalog/catagories and products/new product. now i get this message when i try to insert into site:


1054 Unknown column 'products_weight_type' in 'field list'

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Sorry is there a way too turn off upc and isbn boxes so it will except my insert in to site?

Sounds like you're using a module that has a bug in it.

I was just wondering if some one has a answer for the first question:

You can see the picture I have put there and I like it and it works. The issue I am having is it has the category name above it in text format. If I get rid of that in my catalog section of my admin it makes the catagories headline disappear.
Is there a way to remove the text header at the center of page above the picture without removing it from my Catagories side box?

maybe you can help me with this problem. i posted it a couple of days ago but no reply:

1. There are many reasons for "no reply" to any given forum post, including but not limited to:
a. not enough info, or maybe the problem needs to be described in another way, or looked at from a completely different angle.
b. not an easy or fast answer, thus requiring extensive research by an unpaid volunteer
c. aggressive tone or unfriendly wording in a post
d. site has numerous customizations and thus too complicated to narrow down cause of problem easily
e. cannot answer without having access to live site in order to diagnose properly
f. sometimes things are very involved and would be better suited as a Commercial Help Wanted post instead, where you hire someone to do the research and the fix
g. the volunteer with the right insight to spot the solution maybe hasn't seen the post yet
h. multiple posts all over the forum on the same topic tend to be irritating to those responding, and thus often get ignored. Making repeat posts on the same topic is akin to spam, and gives you a rather unpleasant reputation.

2. You just asked for help with something else you already posted. Instead of reposting the question, why not post the link to the original post, so that the answers and all known details can be kept in one place, rather than scattered about, and having to be asked the same questions over again, etc.
