Create Multiple Gift Certificates

I need to create codes for 10 Gift Certificates in the amount of $20.00 each. My problem is that I don't have email addresses to send the GC to. How can I generate codes that will work without having to email to customers. I am giving them away as prizes and don't know who the winners are yet. Hope this makes sense.

You can email them to yourself.
Then extract the codes from them.
And then distribute those codes to your winners.

When redeemed, they'll be linked to the account of whoever redeemed them.
