    Default Authorize.net Billing State/Province Error

    I have the Authorize.net module in production mode and the account all set up, but I am receiving an error of: "(TESTMODE) A valid billing state/province is required. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance." when I attempt to process a credit card.

    I can't tell if this is an Authorize.net error or one with my Zen Cart since the address fields don't have an option for a State, only a Zip Code.

    Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

    This wasn't changed on purpose. Does Zen Cart normally collect the State when users are new or changing info? If so, how can I change it back to this?

    Whoops, that was an easy fix in the admin area. Working fine now.
