eliminate payment and shipping

i want to make my page so that when someone is done adding items to there cart after being logged in, they can just click one button and be sent to the order confirmation. i think i need to bypass the whole shipping and payment pages if possible. is there anyway of doing this that anyone knows of??

That is not an option in Zen Cart at the present time.

If you require that approach, you will have to write extensive custom code.


Without knowing more about your specific setup, in terms of type of products being sold, payment methods available, shipping options available, whether coupons or gift certificates are used, etc, it's difficult to suggest alternatives either.

what i want to do is setup up a site so that the company can order supplies and stuff then have the invoice or checkout page sent to the right department within the office so that all the people here can order what they need and then the resource ppl can get an email or something and order it from there. so i really dont need payment or shipping at all just a list of items and a way to send it to the resource dept

There are payment modules called "Invoice" and "Purchase Order" which you might use, in conjunction with Free Shipping.
