    red flag cURL waalllkaround??

Is it possible to install ZenCart without cUrl support from the host. Currently use one.com and the installation program halts. Thought I could disable the feature in some conf file but couldn't find anything.

I also planned to use only PayPal as payment method. Will this be a problem if cUrl is possible to dissable?

    Help!!!

The installer shouldn't halt just because of CURL. What sort of error are you seeing during installation?

If you want to use PayPal Express Checkout, you will need CURL support.

The "error" messages is seen from the beginning at the top of the screen but the installation seems to work fine anyway, until I agree to the EULA. Then the following message apears as unformatted text.

    uploading files or doing backups.

You should talk to your web host to change or remove this restriction.'); break; case ('93'): define('POPUP_ERROR_HEADING','cURL support not detected'); define('POPUP_ERROR_TEXT','Some 3rd-party payment and shipping modules/gateways require cURL in order to talk to an external server to request real-time quotes or payment authorizations.

It appears that your server may not have cURL support configured or activated for your account. If you need a 3rd-party tool that uses cURL, you will need to talk to your web host to have them install cURL support on your server.'); break; } ?>

is it a configuration error? As you probably realise this is the first time I try to install it and Im not very good at php, maybe missed a step somewhere, First time I uploaded the files to server the ftp program (RushFTP) stopped working so I cleared all files and installed "FileZilla" wish worked fin during upload.

Attaching screen copy of the error messages.

It looks like your FTP program didn't upload all the files properly.
Make sure it's treating .php files as ascii and not binary.
You should not be seeing the text of the php code showing in your browser.
