    Hi

    You need to use your FTP (File Transfer Programme) that you use to upload your files to your web space. Using your FTP, you need to compare the files contained in the complete version of ZenCart on your computer with files that you have uploaded to your web space and see what is missing. If there is a shortcut to this process, i'm afraid i don't know what it is! So its simply a case of going through each folder and each file one by one. It maybe worth first checking to see if you are missing the same file that i was missing though.

    I hope this helps you.

    Good luck.

    Thanks Tiger, would you mind telling me what file you were missing?

    Cheers,

    Oops, sorry - thought i'd mentioned it in one of my replies above. I was missing ...{MODERATOR EDIT: each case is different ... best to compare all files to be sure you have the right file and *all* the appropriate files}

    Thanks Tiger,

    It is there but it has 0 bytes and when I looked at it there is nothing there, would that possibly be the problem?

    It shouldn't be 0 bytes. Try uploading the original file again from your computer. It will ask if you want to replace the existing file - say Yes. Fingers crossed this will fix the problem.

    I got the file and uploaded it using Macromedia (my FTP) and it still says 0 bytes. I opened both and the text is the same.

    I also noticed that there seems to be 2 version.php files. One straight off public.html/version.php and the other is cart/includes/version.php, do you have this too?

    The one off public.html is slightly different to the other in the text.
    Sorry to be pita.

    Thanks,

    If it's 0 bytes, then there should be no text in the file.

    If you are having trouble with using your editor program as an FTP program, try using a dedicated FTP program, especially for uploading groups of files.

    Zen Cart only uses the one in the includes folder.
    Are you sure you uploaded all the upgrade files to all the right locations?
