Trouble Changing Buttons

I want to change the button images to some I downloaded. I've uploaded them to includes/templates/silverenergies/buttons/english/ and the images all have the default button names. The site is set to be using the silverenergies template but it is still using the old button images.

I did not set the templates up and am just doing my best to help out from where I came in.

have you changed the images in the CUSTOM template folder?
