help files missing from admin

How did you install Zen Cart?

I used the installer with my host

May I ask who you are hosting with?

This does not sound like a clean installation of Zen Cart and appears to have add-ons to it ...

Overlib is a javascript library used to create mini-popups and tool tips. As Ajeh says, it's not s part of Zen Cart and if I were in your position, I'd certainly want to know what else your host has added to the package (you'll need to know this when you upgrade) - particularly as it sounds as though they've done a less than perfect job of including it.
