help files missing from admin

My server is showing errors of files not found in the admin folder what is this file?

I dont understand what you mean by How does its date compare to the other files in that directory? but I did a google search for the overlib_mini.js and downloaded it and put it in the admin/includes/javascript/ and the error stopped
but I don't know if that had anything to do with the session expired or not

That file does not come with Zen Cart code ...

If it is on your server you need to know why this code is on your server and how it got there and what is trying to run it ...

Zen Cart does not use that file and it does not belong in the Zen Cart directories ...
