Admin Time Zone

I'm testing out Zen Cart on my own computer.. localhost...with easyPHP before I upload to the website server. After I logged in, I saw the time is +0000GMT, but I am currently in a +800GMT time zone. How can I change that?

Under my store configuration tab, after I change the country to Malaysia, there is no zone to be selected. And under Zone tab, I can set up my own zones but there is no time zone selection to be chosen....how?
