New payment methods

How would we go about adding new payment methods? Basically we want to set up a site for selling to a pre-selected set of wholesale customers with whom net 30 (or net 60) billing terms have been arranged in advance. Sort of like cash/M.O., but we don't want the message showing up that says nothing will ship until the customer's check is received.

You need a COD set up. There might be a Payment module for COD?

There is a COD module in the stock installation - you can change the language so that it reads however you would like. There might be a 'net 30' module in the Downloads section too.
