[Done 2.0.0] Truncated email notices if product names contain < symbol

We have found that email notices get truncated when they are sending info about products with "<" symbols in their titles.

This problem went un-noticed for a while because the orders and payment were working correctly with the database.

For example, we have an item in out store called, "Alumni Weekend - Children < 12". When this item is purchased, the email going to the customer and to the admins is truncated at the "<". An example is included below:

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Have you any other additional information on this?

Have you an URL we can test this on?

We are using version 1.3.7 and we have the google checkout module installed. We quite a did a bit of additional customization to the templates, but nothing in particular to the sales modules.

So far, I have not repeated this problem ...

I will keep testing it but nothing is breaking thus far ...

We had this exact same thing happen to an order today. The client wrote <3 in the gift message and the email got truncated at exactly that point. Did you ever figure it out?

I can reproduce this with <3 but not with < (space here) 3 ...

You gave the clue that allowed this to be reproduced ...

There wasn't a space in what you wrote and the other had a space and unfortunately that is how I have been testing it ... up until now when I was suddenly struck by the silly little thought of, what would happen if I typed it like ...
