PPEC-137 mini patch problems.

Morning,
So I'm running a Zen Cart @ www.gamesrealcheap.com.
I was having problems with my server handshaking with PayPal API so I installed the mini PPEC-137 patch. Which fixed that problem of paypal not seeing an authentic connection/process.

What has happened though is within my Admin Properties / Modules none of the modules when click on will bring up their information bar. The PayPal Express module itself doesn't even show up. But; behind the scenes it is working as operated.

any feedback or ideas into what I could be exploring would be most welcome,

Database: MySQL 4.1.20

Check your /includes/modules/payment and /includes/languages/english/modules/payment folders to be sure there are no unexpected files there.
You should ONLY have .php files in that folder.
You should NOT have any ".bak" or other renamed files there.
Compare against the original Zen Cart distribution files as your frame of reference.
