Customize index Page

Hi,

Ive been trying to add a table underneath the monthly specials box on the home page of my site only to enable me to add some text for SEO purposes. Add like to add some text content to the home page much like the welcome message but cant figure out how. Can anyone help ?

Since you are using the Categories on the main page you need to add your additional definition to the tpl_ index_categories

An alternative would be to create a "Banner" and use banner footer position 1 to display your text.
