Problem 4 - Colour gradient behind column individual boxes

Please help if you can...
I would like to use a gradient colour (like in my logo) behind each individual box in the left and right columns. Is this possible?

Try this:

.sideboxContent { background: url(../images/yourgradient.gif) repeat-y; }

Thankyou for your help. It definately worked...however, it didn't look as good as I had hoped and so opted to go back to the plain boxes for now until I can come up with something better.

You must have a large monitor - you have #mainWrapper set at 978px wide, but the 40px margin on body doesn't let it fit in a 1024x768 monitor. The logo is hanging off the right edge, and there may be other consequences not yet apparent...


A soft gradient on your sideboxes could enhance the page - as long as it doesn't interfere with visibility of the contents.

I have just adjusted the logo picture, so I hope this fixes those problems.

I give up - there has to be an easier way to create a website...
Any suggestions to save this site..
