Blank Admin Page!

Hey all, I'm a zencart newbie and I've been struggeling with this problem for a few days. I've moved a cart from the root folder to a new subfolder and reconfigured the includes/configure.php & admin/includes/configure.php files. The store is working but the admin login page is blank. It was working in it's old location so I'm guessing this is some sore of path issue. I've don all sorts of trial and error but I can't seem to find my mistake. I'd really appreciate any help. Here's my admin/incliudes/configure.php:

I took a peek at mine (also in a directory called catalog). I think I may see at least some of your problem. Compare this code from mine to yours.

Start with fixing these settings:
