    Default AMEX/Discover Auth.net not working

    My Authorize.net account is setup for AMEX & Discover but I can not process them on my Website. I get the following error:

    <img src="http://inkjetoutput.com/amex-error.jpg">

    I am able to process these cards on the virtual terminal in the Authorize.net backend but on my website they get declined.

    I have called Authorize.net and they say this is not one of their errors and I comes form the cart.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Check that you can do manual charges on the AuthorizeNet site for these cards ...

    And check that in the Zen Cart Configuration ... Credit Cards ... that you enabled these cards to be used ...

    Thank you for the reply. I checked the configuration adn they were not enabled. I enabled them and now I get this error.

    Error

    I can process these cards in my virtual terminal on Authorize.net admin.

    Did you test a transaction on AuthorizeNet itself?

    What happens if you switch to Classic Template to test this?

    What version Zen Cart are you running?

    Clean install or an upgrade?

    How did you install it? How did you upgrade it?

    The transactions work from the authorize.net virtual terminal in my authorize.net control panel

    The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider.
    Your newer error message is something you'll have to talk to authorize.net about.
