Greetings,
Has anyone hooked Zencart up to Verisign? If so, do you have any hints?
Many thanks

If I remember correctly, Verisign uses the PayFlow module. It is available in the downloads section.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.
Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
Well if you are using the payflow pro modul yo udont neccessarily need a SSL cert. Verisign cost $399+, I went with GoDaddy turboSSL, $20 :) As long as users see a padlock they're happy.

I simply can't understand where you get the idea that it's either $399+ or $20, and those are the only alternatives.
$399- sounds like an enterpise certificate with more coverage than you need.
There are many SSL certificate providers with varying degrees of coverage, and varying prices.
You can most likely find a perfectly acceptable SSL cert. for under $100- per year, and if your site doesn't generate enough capital to pay for that, well any hobby would cost more that.
Geez, I need a vacation.

I apologize, my understanding with the payflo pro module is that the details are sent to a secure server. You are posting the info to a SSL site (verisign). Therefore in my opnion a ssl is not needed, but reccomended.
I didnt state they were the only alternatives, I am aware of the differnces and there many others to choose from. I am simply letting someone know my experince of setting up payflo pro. I was offered an ssl from verisign, and I choose godaddy which works fine.
