Tell a friend problem

Hi:

I have a problem with "tell a friend". The layout does not display dteh send button and It seems that the text display is not complete because the page width is not sufficient to display it complete. Also, part of the prduct name text is written behind the right boxes.

Does anybody knows whow to solve tihs problem?
