There is that button on my test site. Perhaps you don't have /includes/templates/apple_zen/buttons/english/button_change_address.gif

    uploaded?

Did you make any updates to:
/includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/header_php.php file, (maybe with some mods you added?) which is what establishes the value for the $displayAddressEdit variable. Also open includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php and make sure the section for the button is still there (it should be).

I haven't made any changes to that one that I can remember, but I just put the 1.3.7 zen cart code into the header file and the button's there now :o) I hope I didn't mess anything up since my cart is 1.3.6 Looks good though. And tests fine too. Thanks!

Ah, OK! I guess I need to find the differences and add tpl_checkout_shipping.php into my "pre-1.3.7" files folder.

I don't think it should give you any troubles....
