I would try also reloading tpl_main_page.php and tpl_header.php. Something is off somewhere.

I have tried, and still remain the same, now even the 'testimonial' link position is affected. I will try to reinstall the apple-zen later, any other recommendation? Should I reinstall from 1.0 to 1.9/2.0?
