I love this design but I am having trouble.
1. For some reason, when I click the categories->super cookies, the page that displays is blank despite the fact there is a product entered. http://www.the-cookie-house.com/store/.
2. Also, if I view the site in Firefox, sometimes, this little bit of code appears in the upper left corner.



3. Also, I have updated the site-bg.gif to be a different hue of green than Apple Zen. My change shows up in Firefox but not in IE. What's up with that?

It looks like one of your files has gotten messed up. What are you using to edit your files? Your stylesheet.css and stylesheet_header_menu.css have those odd characters at the top of them, my guess is you're messing up files with whatever editor you're using.

I'm sure this is somewhere in this thread, but I am unable to find it. Where might I go if I were interested in adding the ability to have a quantity box on my product listings? In Configuration/Product Listing I found this: Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product) and set it to '2' but it didn't seem to have an effect, so I'm assuming that the template is overriding this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, the template is not overriding any qty functionality. Whether the qty box is on or not is determined when you're adding the product.

Before I upgraded to Apple 2.3, the Header Position 2 Banner displayed in the upper right corner of the page. Now it displays underneath my logo, no matter how small I make it.

Next for my login page, the header is messed up...the drop menu is lower than it should be. Can you tell me what to do to fix it?

On some of my product pages like http://www.doodlebuckets.com/store/b...kets-c-64.html, the footer where my SSL cert is displayed, is messed up too.

You probably have some issue from that login mod, make sure there's no missing </div> or extra </div>. Same with your product pages. I don't have the time to find the offending section, but you've added a lot to your site, I'd look at the add ons for the culprit.
