Although I've never read them, I've run across instructions elsewhere on the forum numerous times on this subject, so they shouldn't be hard to find.

If so, then look at item 6 in the Tips of the readme. If you understand how to remove and the functions of what you are instructed to remove, then you ought to be able to "reverse engineer" that to add a page or two. Of course, you'll need to edit a language file or two. At least that'd be my first thought of adding to it.
