UPS Shipping module for a store in Thailand

I am trying to set up a the UPS shipping module for a store in Thailand, but the shipping estimate does not work.

Could somebody please tell me if it is possible to use UPS shipping module for a store that locate in Thailand?
If so, how to set it up?
