    Default Problem with checkout, Please help

    When I test my site with a zero cost item, I receive the following in the 'Payment Method' section: " Sorry we are not accepting payments from your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."
    I have viewed the threads of others who had the same problem, to no avail.

    I really need some assistance.

    If the Total of the Order is $0.00 you need the:
    Zen Cart Free Charge Cart freecharger

    installed so you can complete the checkout ...

    IF there is Free Shipping such as all products are Always Free Shipping or all products are 0 weight and 0 weight means Free Shipping then you need the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Module installed ...

    Sorry for the delay in answering, stayed in San Diego an extra day. Invoked your solution and it worked perfectly. I have few changes to make based on what I learned at the conferance. Thanks again for the help.
