I need the best way to export categories and products from my Zencart which I have installed on my local computer to the website that is being hosted on the web live.
I have updated everything but the products, manufacturers, categories.
My local and live site have the same database prefix so all the database names have the same name.

I have read the followings but I think my case is specific to manufacturers, categories, and products only.
