Pricing and Banner Assistance request

First, I would like the Red Wholesale banner to sit 5 px off the Left Border, how do I do this.

Second, I would like to set the Products Price net and Gross to 2 Decimal Points, I just can't see the switch for looking.

Thirdly, I would like to display Gross prices including GST 10%, the way it seems to work at the moment, the price less GST is displayed and only comes right as the client completes the sale and the GST is added, is this the way Zen Cart is designed to work ?

For the first one, in includes/templates/simple_zen/css/stylesheet_new.css add this to the end:

#contentMainWrapper {padding-left: 0;}
#navColumnOne {padding-left: 0;}

and in includes/templates/simple_zen/sideboxes/tpl_banner_box2.php,

remove this:

 centeredContent
