How to Remove a Column

Just rackin' my brain here trying to figure out how to remove ColumnTwo all together.

Would like to have the space to use for product layout by making the CenterColumn wider.

Would also like to move around some info elements.
Add to Cart, Write a Review, Tell a Friend. Want to put them all in the same div near the top on the right.

Trying to minimize the up and down length of the page to give sight of the tabs of Tabbed Products Lite.

I cant remember where to alter the layout of products info either.

You remove column two by setting Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Column Right Status - Global to zero.

Product Layouts are adjusted by way of Admin > Product Types and the Edit Layout for the relevant product type.

Moving your buttons about would require php changes to your templates/tpl_product_info_display.php file.
