Ok, I found an archived post that said to change the css in all the templates in the catalog/email folder... problem is, I don't have an email folder!

Where are these files located? Salespeople are complaining because they can't read the e-mails.

Use developers tool kit, to search for pages/see on which pages and where its located.

When a post talks or store/... or shop/... or catalog/... , they are generally talking that these represent the directory in which ZenCart is installed. If you do not have an email directory in the same root location as admin, includes, and download; there's something definitely wrong.

That said, I don't know what any of these files would have to do with a salesman's ability to read email. ZenCart generates email rather than receives. If your are speaking of the font size of outgoing mail, you need to edit the email templates located in that elusive email folder. They are controlled there instead of in a stylesheet.
