On the Order Confirmation page (step 3), how do I get it to show the shipping charge?
The page shows the Shopping Cart Contents, a sub-total, then the grand total. But it doesn't "show the math" between sub-total and grand total (that is, the shipping charge).
Is this a setting change, or do I need to change a template file somewhere?

Do you have the shipping turned on in Admin> Modules> Order Totals?
