    Default I dont want gift certificates, how can i remove it all

    Ok, due to the nature of my business I am not a huge fan of gift certificates. Maybe I am old fashion or just plain lazy to keep track of it all etc etc.
    I would like to completely remove all traces of gift certificate boxes, redeem boxes, gift search boxes etc etc. Also the buttons for Discount coupons and all its search boxes, i would also like to kill this as well.

    Turn them off in Admin->Modules->Order Total ... choose the ones you don't want, and click "Remove".
