From a customer's view point, which one do you prefer?
1. A site with all good testimonials.
2. A site with a feedback section consists of positive + negative feedbacks, where the negative feedbacks are responded and handled very well by customer service.
Somehow the first one doesn't sound so trustworthy, imo.

I chose second. Unlikely to exist on a commercialised site though.
