Hello i have selected free shipping method but when a customer checks out they get a £10.00 charge next to the free shipping option.

how do i remove that £10.00 charge option when i have selected free shipping and i use free shipping all the time.

?

Please help me sort this mess out. Whenever a customer would come ' and buy a product ' a charge is shown of £10.00 with shipping when they check out.

I put on free shipping !

Please can u test it out.
