DHL module shows restrictions, not sure why

Hello all,
I have the DHL module installed (following a cart upgrade). It WAS working fine yesterday when I tested it. Now the status shows a yellow dot (some kind of restriction??). I have the following settings. Can anyone suggest what prompted the status change to restricted?
