Hi Folks,
My customers are getting the error: VPSTxID={65054B22-EA4D-81C4-3D0E-46C870A41175}
when they try to buy things from my shop.
I've tried it myself with my own maestro card and it's giving me the same thing.
What's up!?
Cheers,
Steve.

I have never seen an error like this before so have very little to contribute. But for others to help you, I would suggest telling us which payment module you are using.

Eek, how do I find that out? I'm clueless when it comes to Zen Cart, I've just started taking it over from something else.
Cheers,
Steve.

Hmm, I can't see any green buttons!

Hmm. I think that means that you're working on a rather old version of Zen Cart, and one that is likely to start developing problems if your webhost switches to PHP5. So you may be up against the clock. It also appears that you are working on one of the iconic Zen Carts, one indeed that has a place in my personal hall of fame. So the eyes of the Zen Cart world will be on you as you work on this. No pressure though!!!
It seems almost certain that this error is linked to Protx. I would recommend re-posting in this thread where the people who use that payment processor hang out and adding as much detail as you can.
