Error when adding new attributes

I am trying to set up a downloadable product and have read the threads for a good hour now and tried everything step by step. I keep getting this error method though.
1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[insert into products_attributes values (0, '13', '1', '1', '0', '+', '0', '1', '0', '+', '0', '0', '1', '', '1', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '', '', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Could I ask someone to write step by step from beginning to end on how to set up a downloadable product (a zip file) as I am clearly doing something wrong but I have no idea what.. thank you so much in advance
