USPS Shipping Issue

I am looking for some assistance from anyone who can offer further suggestions (please remember I am a newbie zenner).

I have a website I am working on www.bluecornsource.com/store and I have been having difficulties in getting the USPS Module to work. I have recently checked the boards and they suggested an upgrade from 1.3.7. to 1.3.7.1 which I have done successfully and it is still not working.

The error that I am getting is the following:
United States Postal Service
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

- I even contacted USPS to verify everything was working on their end and they assured me that it was.

- I have verified that the username for USPS is working, as well as it being on the production server.

- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the module.

- I have tried 3 different legit addresses with correct zips

I'm not sure what else I can do to get this working, but if anyone has encountered the problem that was able to fix it, I'd sure appreciate some help.

Cancel this request for help... turns out the main issue was the username and webtool ID. I switched back and forth and couldn't get anything to work, then finally I switched it one last time, and it worked.

Simply odd I tell you... just a note for the future to anyone with this issue.

Could of been a cache issue on that causing it to appear broken between the fixed and broken states ...
