White Space - how do i move main up

Hi,
I have been working on my site and have removed the "Welcome, Congratulation... ect"
I have used the editor that comes with Zen to do the main body of text and image work for the main page. But everything is shifted down the page alittle. I would like to have it closer to the corner of the main area. Here is my sight.

Another problem i am having is my side navagational boxes look fine (possition) in Mozilla but they shift left in IE how do i fix this IE problem?

You may not have removed the Welcome, etc correctly as the h1 and h2 calls still appear in the index.php. Those and the 20px margin combine to bring everything down.

Curious as to why you used the breaks in the main page text.
