noob here so please be gentle!

I'm trying to set up my shipping to use zone rates based on total order price.

E.g. for GB, when order is less than £30 shipping is £5, when order is over £30, shipping is £10. Then different rules for different countries.

So I have this setup as follows for Zone 1:

Zone 1 Countries
GB

Zone 1 Shipping Table
30:5,9999:10

Zone 1 Handling Fee
0

However when I test this out, I get a shipping rate of £5.29 for my order regardless of what the total is - it's the same regardless of whether the order total is above or below £30.

All other shipping modules are turned off.

Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?
