Model Number and # of Units of Product info

I am sorry to have to ask this but I have tried a ton of configurations.

It doesn't seem like there is as much control over product info pages and the product listings.

I can't find where to turn off the model number and quantity in stock for the Product info page.

Peek in the settings for the product types in the Catalog ... Product Types ... Edit Layout ...

Greetings - I have these set to 0 under product listing but still in my product description I get the model and # of units - - any thoughts on how I can get rid of them? Using the Apple Zen 2 template

There are separate settings for all of the Listings and the Product Types ...

Look in the Catalog ... Product Types ... EDIT LAYOUT button ...
