Unique Packaging/Handling Charge Issue

I am working on a website where there are 2 products with a unique "packaging charge". For easy sake, this is the layout:
Product 1 - First 100 peices is $13 then every 100 after is $3.25
Product 2 - First 100 peices is $10 then every 100 after is $2.25

Does anyone know how i would go about configuring this?
Any Help would be appreciated!

My main shipping modules are FEDEX and USPS

Then it would be $13 + $3.25 for product 1 and $10 for product 2.

1) Can you purchase items in an itermediate quantity?
2) Are there any other products on the site, if so how should shipping be calculated for them, addiditive?

1) yes you could purchase 89 of Prod 1 (@ $13) and
257 of Prod 2 @ (10 + [2.25*2])

2) currently these are the only products on the site, and in the future their will be more, but the reason why these products are so specific i think, is because they do have to be hand counted and it all takes time, that and people will make odd orders for 27 or 257.

Perhaps I need to suggest a new way for this to be done, maybe its just not really possible (without being a real PITA).

When you have products that vary that much you almost need to "average" things out - you could use a handling charge of $11.50 and then adjust the weight of the product one to be 1.5 to 1 of product 2.

Note: there will be some things you lose a bit on and others that you gain a bit on and over the course of a year they should come out pretty even.
