Checkout Time Out error message

Ok, New error someone has reported. Here's what they sent me.....


2013 Lost connection to MySQL server during query
in:
[select products_id, products_price, products_tax_class_id, products_weight, products_priced_by_attribute, product_is_always_free_shipping, products_discount_type, products_discount_type_from, products_virtual, products_model from products where products_id = '2']

2006 MySQL server has gone away
in:

Is that a reference to admin? As I think back, at one point today while trying to fix the intern'l card error I had clicked on the module to edit it but forgot to put the store offline. Although it only took a second could that be the problem? He just happened to be checking out at that moment?

That's a database request for the pricing information on product #2.
It's telling you that the database server disconnected unexpectedly. That's typically a server problem. If it persists, you need to have your server administrator fix it. There's nothing you can do about it yourself.
