Recovering from backups

Hi,

I think an extension has messed up my zen cart installation. I have made a backup of the database and the files before I installed the extension. If I use these to hopefully recover the zencart to fully working what will I lose? e.g. products, module configuration, admin settings etc

If you have a backup of all the files in your shop, and a backup of your database, then restoring both of these (files plus database) will take your shop back to the point when those backups were made.

ie: You should have everything you had at the time when you made the backups.
