    Default Specials Box Sidebox Change?

    Hello! I'd like to change the Specials Sidebox in the Home page.. without changing the entire layout for ALL boxes.

    For example, the Specials (discount) side box.. I would like it to be with a black border with a white background.. to distiguish itself from the rest of the page.. If you could direct me to the right tutorial it would be highly appreciated :)
