Site Shift in Firefox

Hello,
I am also having a problem with a site-shift in firefox and hope that perhaps you can help me as well. However my issue is a bit different. When entering the login page I get different results each time, sometimes large text with large fields(which I don't want) and other times the correct normal size. It seems to correct itself every three refreshes, which makes no sense to me. could you perhaps help me out.

click the login, if it looks right, perhaps refresh it a few times and hopefully you will see what I am talking about. IE looks fine, just Firefox.

Sorry, cannot duplicate in Firefox, even after several refreshes.

When you say you can't duplicate, do you mean that you see the blown up version that looks all out of whack, or the nice, smaller text clean one. I have problems with both firefox on mac and pc (both latest versions). Safari and IE look great. I feel like I am taking crazy pills...

Also, it is only the login page that has this result, the rest is fine.

could it have something to do with the shared ssl that I am using?

spending way too much time on this one.

This time I got a 12263 ssl error.

SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
12263
"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length."
This generally indicates that the remote peer system has a flawed implementation of SSL, and is violating the SSL specification.

Looks like it's time to talk to the host.

I set my login page to be unsecure, taking off the shared ssl I was using. Sure enough everything looked fine. I am in the process of getting my own certificate and I have a feeling that will be the end of that. For future notice to others, using a shared certificate can create a funny reaction to css in firefox .

I’m also having a problem with my site shifting to the right, as far as I know its fine internet explorer but for Mac and Firefox it shifts way over to the right well out of eye shot,

I’ve been reading lots of stuff about this problem but not to sure how to put it right,

I don't know where to start...
It could be the css code you attempted to add in a <div>.
It could be the image with a source of a php file.
It could be some of the extraneous html in the main page content.
It could be another image with a source of a cgi file.
both images do show up but, I'd check the following

Hi, I'm having the same problem with Safari. My site is fine in Explorer, FF - but when loaded using Safari, the header remains at the top of the page and the store contents are thrown all the way to the right. I've tried the fixes mentioned in this thread but none have worked.
