No payment and shipping

I need to find out how to set up ZenCart so that we don't have to use a shipping module or a payment module and so when essential you hit CHECKOUT it sends the contents of the customers cart to an email address. Because each customer needs to have shipping and discounts figured individually. Anyone have an idea?

If you set your products to virtual you can skip the shipping address screen.

You can use a flat rate shipping of $0 with a note saying 'shipping will be calculated individually and we will contact you' (or something to that effect).

Then you could clone the 'Cash on Delivery' payment method and make one for 'Vendor Will Contact You' or something similar.

Would that work for your purposes?
