No taxes for out of state customers

Hi,

I am probably asking a question that has been answered 1,000 times already, but reading many threads and using the seach function has not found any of them.

I need to charge Texas sales tax for all sales where ship to address is any location in Texas, and not charge tax for shipment to any other state.


I have the handbook and there does not seem to be an answer in it either.

When I fiddele with the settings I can make it charge everyone the Texas sales tax, or no one the texas sales tax, but cannot seem to find the magick comblination that will add sales tax for shipments to a Texas address, and not add it when shipping elsewhere.
