    I do not understand you.

In another thread you are complaining that you cannot send any emails, and I'm trying to help you troubleshoot that.
And then you come here and say that emails are sending but you're having some HTML problems when forwarding those emails.

    That doesn't make sense.

    Which is it?
Do your emails send or not?

Since the emails arrive at their destination, your Zen Cart mail setup is working. Remember that all the Zen Cart software does is pass the mail to your hosting companies mail servers. Thereafter, it is up to them to get the mail to it's destination.
You should however, read through this post here

    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56507

and implement the changes mentioned there.

Regarding your testing to Yahoo and Hotmail accounts, the 'free' email providers are the wrost possible places to try and get email through. They insist on very stringent conditions to accept mail, and if it is not compliant, they either strip out HTML, mark it as spam, or delete it.

I would suggest you visit www.dnsstuff.com, and enter your domain in the first DNSReport section. Anything in red in the report will need to be fixed before it is likely that HTML mail to the free services will work.

Regarding the Reply To: addresses in your mail, you can try using sendmail -f as the mail transport. Make sure that you have valid email addresses in the email sent from and the email display contact us fields. And especially make sure that Email must send from known domain is set to true.
If your hosting company does not support sendmail -f, reset to PHP.
