Hello.
I'm using Zen Cart version 1.3.02, Server OS: Linux 2.4.33.2, PHP Version: 4.4.4 (Zend: 1.3.0), Database: MySQL 4.0.26 The website is www.joyfulmomma.org/bookstore
My problem is this:
For the last couple of months orders have basically dropped off (coinciding with my zen cart being hacked), and it appears the only orders I've gotten in the last few months are ones by customers who already have a customer account in my Zen Cart. I couldn't find where the problem was until now, while checking my site after updating the template to match the new design for the rest of my site.
When attempting to create an account, the customer is told to select a country, and no matter what country is selected, an error message appears saying that a country must be selected (even if it is selected).
Here is what I have done thus far: In the configure section, customer details, I have country set to listing United States as default (however, in the store it doesn't show any country as default).
I have gone into includes/languages/english.php and deleted the line with the /'*'/ and the country code, to try to make it non-mandatory, however that didn't work either, though there is no longer an asterisk next to the drop down menu.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Blessings,
Kimberly

....it just appears to be a list of what version everything is. I do'nt know how to write SQL queries (as the other SQL item in my Tools section seems to be for), or what to do in this situation. Please help!!!
I put up a "down for maintenence" thin on there for right now.
