HELP?!! 1062 Duplicate entry

I just don't get it, what am I doing wrong?

I spent all this time on my localhost creating my site just the way I wanted it and then I uploaded it to a live server and had an issue with the cache.

I used the "cache bug fix" and it worked perfectly to update my site ....BUT....

now anytime I go into the admin area and click on any of the links I get this.....

1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 1
in:
[insert into admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (now(), '1', 'define_pages_editor.php', '', '76.226.87.87')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

See, I wasn't entering any information so I wouldn't know where to go back to to "re-check" information.



Please....anyone...HelpPlease help, I have know clue what to do.
I'm at my wits end here
